THE REASON WE’RE HERE
Jake turns 26.
Jake thinks he’s heading to the mountains with Maddi for a quiet weekend away. What he doesn’t know is that the people he loves most are already making plans to meet him there.
There’s very little Jake values more than time with his friends, and life doesn’t give everyone many chances to be in the same place anymore. So for his 26th, the gift is simple: one cabin, one uninterrupted weekend, and almost all of his favorite people under the same roof.
THE WEEKEND
November 13–15 • Beech Mountain, NC
FRIDAY
The weekend kicks off with a surprise reveal at the cabin, followed by drinks, a campfire, and hot-tub time.
Saturday
Morning mountain hike followed by a midday feast and camp games. The night culminates in the main birthday celebration (cake).
Sunday
We wrap up the weekend with a hearty farewell brunch at the cabin (+ mimosas of course) before heading down the mountain.
FRIDAY
ARRIVAL + SURPRISE
Get in, get settled, and keep Jake out of the loop. We’ll surprise him when we arrive, then spend the night at the cabin with dinner, drinks, a fire, and the hot tub.
SATURDAY
MOUNTAIN DAY
Big breakfast, then we’ll play the day by ear depending on the weather. Skiing if conditions are good, otherwise a hike and lunch out on the trail. Back to the cabin for BBQ, birthday cake, drinks, and another night by the fire.
SUNDAY
CHECKOUT
Coffee and an easy breakfast, then everyone pitches in to clean up and pack before our 10 AM checkout.
